The hassle-free approach to building

We believe that every project we are involved in should not only meet by exceed your expectations. We strive to achieve this from one project to the next via the use of our tried and tested process, which we have honed from our years of industry experience.

  1. Whether we are building from scratch or working from an existing structure, we begin by getting to know you and the project.

    Meeting with you on site, we will analyse the site, discuss your plans, work through drafts, pick at concepts, and set expectations. If you need help with plans and drawings, we can help with that too – our associated designers and draftsmen can effectively and affordably put your ideas on paper (fees will apply for any drafting).

  1. When all designs are finalised and plans are set, we will meet with you to confirm your  project plans, scope and expectations.

    We want to be sure that what is being built is the perfect middle ground between what is achievable and what it is you had envisioned.

  1. With your detailed plans we will be able to compile a clear, detailed quote covering every aspect of the build outlined in the planning process. Every stage will be clearly explained, and any allowances will be openly disclosed to ensure that you are aware of your budget limits.

    Changes can be made without undue hassle – the only time your quoted price will change is if or when we both sign off on any desired changes.

  1. Once you agree to the quoted cost, we can start on the typically troublesome paperwork. Thankfully for you, the trouble is all ours – we will draw up the contract for you to sign and then see to all council approvals, home warranty insurance and  any other necessary applications.

    You can trust that there will be no unnecessary stress or hassle directed your way during this process.

  1. Now the magic can begin. We will get started on your project as soon as we can after the council approval stage.

    Throughout the entire construction process we will do all we can to keep you fully informed, including weekly on-site meetings covering progress, changes and any other issues. If and when any added trades are needed, you can rely on us to not only source the most capable contractors but to also carefully monitor and manage their involvement.

    In terms of new builds, construction can take an average of 12 to 14 weeks to complete under the best weather and budget conditions.

  1. When the build is complete, we will walk you through what has been done, highlighting how each aspect is the realisation of what you first envisioned at the very start.

    Once we’ve taken care of any final handover documentation for you, we can shake hands and celebrate – until the next dream project comes about!
